cleaning: simple wood polish

i have been using Pledge wood polish for years
it smells lemony delicious.. but apparently its full of neurotoxins
it could be on of those internet rumors that make people freak out!
mildly scared and out of commercial polish, i wanted to seek more basic and natural way
to clean our  wood furniture
i found a recipe using common household products
the formula for this wood polish is
1/4 a cup of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of olive oil
the vinegar lifts the dirt out of the wood and the oil lubricates the wood so it doesn't dry out
all you do is dip a cleaning cloth into the solution
and wipe the furniture with the damp cloth
noting a residue from the oil, i used a microfiber cleaning pad to buff that into the wood
you could use any ordinary clean cloth
but i wanted to get all fancy!
i have to admit, it gave great results and i didn't have to ask myself,
"where the hell did i leave that spray bottle?"
like i usually do when cleaning with a pledge
i am going to prep a spray bottle with this concoction to use regularly!
