cooking: funnel cake

growing up, my family and i went to the Allentown Fair every summer and one of my favorite things to eat is funnel cake...
 so instead of waiting for summer i decided to make it at home for me and the boys for an afternoon snack
start by gathering your ingredients
using a small pan, heat oil on medium
take 1 egg, 1 cup of flour
3/4th cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
mix well
using a small measuring cup fill it with batter
pour the batter erratically in the hot oil
using tongs or spatula, flip the cake when golden brown
once done, drain and let dry
sprinkle with powdered sugar
