cooking: sausage egg bake

mornings are not my friend
craig fears for his life when having to wake me up on weekends
if i convince myself to make a hearty and delicious breakfast
then i am more willing to spare my husband his life and get my day started 
this egg bake is packed full of colors, textures and flavors which makes it my favorite!
large dice every colored pepper you can find in the grocery store
along with some red onion
keep the pieces large for a chunky and rustic dish!
decase some medium sausage with some large diced potato
make sure you cook it all the way through so there is no pink
the potatoes will also get a great brown color
add the cooked ingredients to the raw vegetables
add 7 eggs 
and mix well
add everything to a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until the eggs are done
you'll know everything is cooked when nothing jiggles!
now this is worth waking up for!
