cooking: broccoli salad

my mother in law bought some broccoli and i wanted to make a tangy salad out of the florets
start by cooking 5 slices of bacon
 cut broccoli into small bite size pieces
 let your bacon cool to crisp
 small dice white onion
 throw your florets and onion in a bowl with a handful of walnuts and raisins
 add half a cup of mayo and half a cup of greek yogurt
i used yogurt versus sour cream which the original recipe called for to make it less fattening
 add three tablespoons of red wine and a third cup of sugar
 don't forget to add your crumbled bacon
 mix well and enjoy!
 this salad has a great variety of color and texture which packed a tangy punch
  i served my broccoli salad with some grilled chicken and a sweet potato medallion
